Kitchen
Oven cleaned inside and out, stovetop and range hood degreased, inside all cupboards and drawers, benchtops, sink, splashback, dishwasher interior and exterior
Bathrooms
Shower screens and tiles descaled, grout scrubbed, toilet, vanity, mirrors, exhaust fans dusted
All rooms
Inside wardrobes and cupboards, skirting boards, door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, light fittings, air-con vents, marks spot-cleaned from walls, cobwebs removed
Windows
Interior glass cleaned streak-free, including sliding and glass doors. Frames, ledges and sills wiped, and tracks vacuumed and cleaned of dirt and dead insects.
Floors
Carpets vacuumed throughout, including edges and where furniture stood. Hard floors (tiles, timber, vinyl and laminate) vacuumed and mopped, including corners, stairs and appliance spaces.

Do you guarantee I'll get my bond back?
No cleaner can honestly promise your bond — it also depends on damage, rent arrears and the condition report from when you moved in. What we guarantee is the clean: the property will be cleaned to inspection standard, and if the agent flags a cleaning issue, we'll return to fix it free of charge.
How long does it take?
Most end of lease cleans take 6-8 hours depending on the property's size and condition. Book ahead of your final inspection date so there's time for the clean and any follow-up.
Does the power and water need to be connected?
Yes — please keep electricity and water connected until after the clean. We need them for equipment and hot water.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty property lets us clean inside cupboards, wardrobes and along skirting boards properly. Book your clean for after the removalists.

How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know your move-out date, ideally one to two weeks ahead. Aim to have the clean done a day or two before your final inspection, so there’s time for us to come back if the agent flags anything.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most tenants have already moved out by the time we clean. You can leave a key in a lockbox, arrange access through your agent, or meet us at the start. Just let us know when you book.
Do you clean carpets?
Yes. Carpet steam cleaning can be added to your end of lease clean when you book.
