How long does it take?
Most end of lease cleans take 6-8 hours depending on the property's size and condition. Book ahead of your final inspection date so there's time for the clean and any follow-up.
Does the power and water need to be connected?
Yes — please keep electricity and water connected until after the clean. We need them for equipment and hot water.
Should the property be empty?
Ideally, yes. An empty property lets us clean inside cupboards, wardrobes and along skirting boards properly. Book your clean for after the removalists.
